Obviously I'm not going to argue with someone like you who couldn't even finish school :bdpf:
Argue with me then.

ISIS wants people to hate them and other Muslims. They believe that if Muslims are discriminated against then Muslims will turn to ISIS.

Hate and fear are the emotions they want drawn out, they even say things like this themselves. Why else would they attack a city that has no actual strategical advantage in attacking? By giving them these emotions, you're helping them. I'm not saying not to fight back, but pure "hate" blinds you and spawns more groups like ISIS.

This man doesn't want his life or his son's life to be ruined by hate and just wants to move on. Of course he is still mourning and saddened by the loss of his wife though.

I was reading the article OP talked about and that guy said that he feels no regret of what happened, he can't give this victory to the IS and he'll just continue his life.

I said that she deserved someone who actually still thinks about her, as it seems like she will be forgotten when he finds himself a new one.
Regardless from what ISIS tries to accomplish, he could have gave a proper speech, it doesn't have to contain hate in it.

Again I'm not saying that he should feel hate or something, the way he was talking about his own wife just was like he is stone cold.

The letter that he wrote (I bolded the parts that you should read):

On Friday night you stole the life of an exceptional being, the love of my life, the mother of my son, but you won't have my hatred.
I don't know who you are and I don't want to know - you are dead souls. If this God for which you kill indiscriminately made us in his own image, every bullet in the body of my wife will have been a wound in his heart.
So no, I don't give you the gift of hating you. You are asking for it but responding to hatred with anger would be giving in to the same ignorance that made you what you are.
You want me to be afraid, to view my fellow countrymen with mistrust, to sacrifice my freedom for security. You have lost.
I saw her this morning. Finally, after many nights and days of waiting. She was just as beautiful as when she left on Friday night, just as beautiful as when I fell hopelessly in love over 12 years ago.
Of course I'm devastated with grief, I admit this small victory, but it will be short-lived. I know she will accompany us every day and that we will find ourselves in this paradise of free souls to which you'll never have access.
We are two, my son and I, but we are stronger than all the armies of the world.

I don't have any more time to devote to you, I have to join Melvil who is waking up from his nap. He is barely 17-months-old. He will eat his meals as usual, and then we are going to play as usual, and for his whole life this little boy will threaten you by being happy and free. Because no, you will not have his hatred either.

What he wrote was pretty beautiful to me.

I actually respect the man. It takes a lot to move forward by not allowing hate to take over you. He knows if he gives hate to them he will think of each day to avenge his wife. That in the end will lead him to destroying his life.

Edit: To add to that he is a single parent who needs to look after his child. He can't run off sacerficing himself by leaving behind his 17 month old. A very wise man this guy. One of a million.
