Well i have no much info about CIA but if they really founded ISIS they are the evil right?

No, they didn't 'found' ISIS. People that don't understand information believe this. The US Military and the CIA (along with other intelligence agencies(Not just in the US of A)) predicted the rise of a group like ISIS(Not ISIS directly). However, they did not believe it to be a threat because they assumed they'd be only against Assad. They figured they'd be like other moderate opposition groups and not turn radical.
