I just had hours ago a really dsiturbing feeling in my head it was really psychological i simply skipped my school today because i just felt like lying on my bed

unfortunately i cannot even understand myself and well there is one thing i just realized

That is not my main issue even if i manage to lose taht side issue my life will remain to be empty but i have a sensitive level that is low for example since the start of last year i feel attacked by a lot of things

Even in the internet when i see things that just make me feak out fast for whatever reason i start to change my way of thinking immediately and hurt my head a lot

I just know in a lot of cases i cannot control my feelings they explode and they move out without my command sometimes

It is just a little Issue but it could become bigger so iw oud like to know what to do as training?

I believe I can relate to that. What you said is what happening to me. A lot of changes I face in my life. But whatever is disturbing my life-style, mood and else, I just ignore it and think of things I like to do to ease my situation.

I believe I can relate to that. What you said is what happening to me. A lot of changes I face in my life. But whatever is disturbing my life-style, mood and else, I just ignore it and think of things I like to do to ease my situation.
Yeah i am trying as well but for some reason something is in the way

Like its not my fault at all but my inner voice but good to see someone who understands that

You can stop thinking too much for starters, being on internet for long durations can lower your IQ and your mental health can deteriorate on a chronic level, as far as i can see it, there is a lot of tension and negativity on internet which can contribute a lot in depressing our state of mind. So, Go out, spend some time in open air, introspect(without thinking) your surroundings. Believe me, internet is not a healthy way of life.

Well i dont know i am on the internet regular since 4 or 5 years now and i dont know until now i never noticed anything strange

You got to release some of that. Try swimming or working out, jogging, bike riding, etc. If you're more creative find a way in which you can express how you feel, in a way that would be cool to you.

Or find real people that you can express yourself to. It makes a difference compared to people on the Internet.

As for me i only have Internet friends and i kinda put my life on the Internet because it is enough actually

But the outside people where i live is just full of asocials and stuff like that

It's not enough though, you'll realize one day hopefully. I mean are you happy? Like genuinely right this minute, do consider your life to be one of joy mostly?

The world is filled with crazy people, but you can't generalize everyone like that no matter where you are. You can't really think people on the Internet are any more sane than those outside.

Actually not really i am not happy at all i am not really angry as well i feel empty like i dont know

EVerything just makes no sense to me

I can just say it is actually a life that other people would not have but well yeah thats how things are
