Not sure why people are dissing your opinion.

He's physically superior to Hebi Sasuke lacking Senjutsu Enhancements due to having superior Chakra Quality and that literally improved as his Chakra developed (seeing as how his hatred increased during the Kage Summit). Stat-wise, Hebi Sasuke and Orochimaru are relatively similar which is excluding Sharingan.

If it weren't for the statements of Hebi Sasuke being inferior to Orochimaru, I would literally have placed Taka Sasuke or even Hebi Sasuke above Orochimaru. The thing that stops me the most is EMS Sasuke (Pre-Kabuto) literally fearing Orochimaru's strength.
