Itachi has his chances.

-Hachibi doesn't break Genjutsu unless he realises Bee is in Genjutsu. Itachi can use a Genjutsu like what Sasuke did on Danzo and make Bee think he's doing something that he isn't actually doing, etc. Thus, Hachibi wouldn't break Bee out of the Genjutsu.

-Bee goes to attack Itachi with Samehada and misses (Itachi has already dodged with his back turned whilst fighting KCM Naruto canonically), Itachi ends up spamming Shuriken at high speed like what he did vs Hebi Sasuke [

-Bee would perceive them coming from different places instead of the places Itachi is actually throwing them at due to the realistic Genjutsu. He can't see Itachi's hands throwing the Shuriken in the first place since they're covered with a sleeve.

-I can imagine a huge number of Shurikens landing all over Bee's body and face as pretty drastic damage.

-Itachi can use create a Crow Bunshin in the middle of all that and have it attack with a Katon. Bee wouldn't even realise Itachi made a crow clone since the Sharingan couldn't even see it occur. Samehada absorbs the Katon being fired by the crow clone while the real Itachi comes from outside of the blocked LoS instigated by the Katon and cuts him up from behind.

Itachi wins honestly. This already happened in the manga. While Bee's Kenjutsu did pressure Itachi, I see Itachi's capabilities with Shurikeninjutsu, hand seal speed, and bushin feints as something far more threatening against Bee who is a Close Range fighter than Bee's Kenjutsu is against Itachi.

No it doesn't. Samehada literally cringed at making contact with Itachi's Katon and couldn't even completely absorb his Katon to begin with.

Itachi far outclasses Bee, which was made evident when he was casually taking on both KCM Naruto and Bee in CQC; and then when he went on to start schooling Bee so bad that he felt the need to warn him on two occasions. Bee failed to track Itachi's shunshin twice, and that was without utilizing clones and feints - which only makes matters even worse then they already are. It's really just a matter of how long it'll take for Itachi to put Bee down, rather then who wins.

He was juggling Naruto and Bee but that was prior to him using his 7 sword dance. With it, Itachi was getting pressured heavily and was forced to retreat. Itachi's speed is a whole other issue; he's without a doubt faster (manga fact), but Bee can react to him no problem if we look at his feats against Minato and Nagato. For this reason I don't see him being blindsided by clones. Do you think Sasuke's blade definitely gives Itachi the win?

lol bee is faster on facts, better in CQC and has better/equal reactions reacting twice to FTG (which is instant btw). Bee destroys with pure CQC it isn't even up for discussion.
