Fallout 4 is a big let down I thought it was going to be goty 15. You can clearly see Bethesda bribed the reviewers. Review score is around 9/10 while user score is 5/10. Imo halo 5 especially because of the multiplayer is worth goty. I think the witcher 3 will win

Witcher 3 hopefully. I'm a huge MGS fan and V felt lazy and rushed. It was repetitive when it came to missions. Fallout 4 is self-explanatory. Shit ****ing sucks.

I felt the same way about MGS5 initially, then I realized that it fit the game's themes perfectly.

I'd say MGS5 but after the cut content, I'd say Witcher 3.

I feel like Black ops or Destiny wins out if not purely for popularity. Otherwise Witcher 3 seems pretty likely though i like fallout much better. I'm big on customization and replay value... both of which witcher lacks for me.

Witcher 3 or Fallout. No other game is even in the running.
They are the only two games that have come out this year that actually feel like the devs have made an effort.

Halo is the same as every other Halo.
Call of Duty multiplayer is better than past years, but the campaign was dire. Won't be enough to give it GoTY.
Dragonball Xenoverse simply doesnt have a chance.
MGS5 was just a completely broken game. Single player was ok (still had problems). Multiplayer was just a massive lagfest.
Battlefront simply doesn't have enough content to be GoTY.
Destiny was too disliked by too many people to win. It was just too much Rinse & Repeat.
Until Dawn would be in the running, but wasn't overly well known about.
Bloodborne is like Dark Souls - not everyone's cup of tea. So doesn't really stand much of a chance.
Rainbow Six: Siege is still due out this year, but seriously doubt it will be GoTY material.

Only game coming out that may have a chance is Just Cause 3. But we'll have to see.

So it's almost guaranteed to be between Witcher and Fallout.
Personally id like to see The Witcher 3 do well.
(I have played ALL of the above games. I'm not just randomly hating on them)
