Lol Hirudora one shots.

Of course its unbalanced, you made this thread thinking he would do good just because of his fight with the V2 Jins, where he wasn't even beating them nor did he have the upper hand as Caterpillar stated.

-V2 can take all of his hits with no damage at all, Hirudora would cause little damage.

-Gai can't take any of V2 B's attacks without dying.

Not even gonna get into Bijuu Mode cause if he enters that, the first Bijuu Dama ends him.

This is an unbalanced match up.

:yeah: lol

Who says he can't rip his own tail off?
No substantial evidence for the bold. He went BM against Nagato then went BM against Obito's paths. The amount of time wasn't really that much.

Whilst screaming, he's unlikely to have the composure to cut off his own tail with a clean hit. But in this case, even if he did, his hand would also be on fire and so would the tail, so the exist would require Bee to walk through fire. And that's completely different. I'm not entirely sure about how Bee's tentacle escape works now that I think about it, but if Gai cut off the tentacles first then this should be no discussion.

Asa Kujaku should be nowhere near as hot as Amaterasu, reason why Gai can withstand his fists being ablazed by it with no damage. Also, we have no idea how long the flames would even last on the surface of his skin (Kisame was immediately knocked into the lake).

So I see no reason to believe Asa Kujaku being even somewhat comparable to the unextinguishable and extremely hot Amaterasu flames, and dishing out that much damage to Bee - who withstood his own TBB without dying. And didn't Hachibi mode tank Roshi's lava release? Either way, worst case scenario Bee counters it the same way he countered Amaterasu.

True, but doesn't change the fact it would be burning him continuously. We've already seen Hachibi take severe burns on his hand the moment he touched the Katon barrier which left his hand ablaze for a second or two before he smothered it . Obviously he wouldn't be able to do a full body smothering, let alone control his actions whilst in a far heightened state of pain. Gai being able to withstand the heat is just manga physics, just like his clothes not burning off from the fire when he kicked Kisame. When Tsunade destroys a v1 Susano, IRL physics she'd be exerting that same force back on her and thus be more durable then the v1 Susano, but that's obviously not the case.

I showed you the damage 1-2 seconds of fire did on him. Asa Kujaku is probably way hotter, especially if used by 7th Gate Gai who would generate far more friction. Not sure about the lava bit, but I know for a fact that there were pretty dark burns on Hachibi's hand from a moment of exposure. Asa Kujaku would keep him set ablaze for far longer, especially via 7th gate.

Bee's entire body won't be on fire. He would move himself on a tentacle on the tip where it isn't on fire, and rip his tails from the base. I doubt Gai would really try to cut his tentacles, since he prefers his chucks. But he could resort to kunais to cut tentacles.

Why wouldn't the entire body be on fire? Databook states he fires as many punches as he chooses until he's determined his opponent is finished. Asa Kujaku was capable of hitting this AOE [ ]. No reason for him not to be able to light the Hachibi on fire, especially if he resorts to 7G where he'd be firing off his attacks at least 5x as fast and thus 5x as many, 5x as strong and 5x as hot. As we saw with Kisame, his body was ablaze entirely, not just the outer layering. He's being set ablaze.

Intel is none. Gai would have no idea about putting every inch of Hachibi's body on fire. Lets say Gai does completely put Hachibi on fire. Bee would still get out. He cuts a whole through the the separated tentacle. Bee has some resistance to hot material. He was hit with 4 tails Lava style, but the damage was negligible to him. Lava is obviously>>Fire.

I've already shown the burns Katon barrier inflicted within a moment time. Hachibi will be turning into roast octopus if Gai decides to use Asa Kujaku in 7th Gate.

Actually, nevermind he took damage from the Lava release too [ ]. Anyways, assuming Bee is set ablaze, he could honestly just roll on the ground to put it out. Or, revert back to human form and have it pushed off with V1 cloak emerging from his body...but then Gai KO's him lmao. There isn't any proof that the flames will sit there and continuously burn though, without being extinguished easily.

Edit: Now that I look into it further... It doesn't look like a long range Asa Kujaku sets the target ablazed, seeing as the 6 tails, who was directly in front of it's directory, wasn't set on fire at all [ ]. It may just be a close range effect, where the target is caught within the bulk or mass of the flamed punches.

Yea I guess, but I still see it being an attack he can use to soften Bee. He doesn't need to limit himself to two Hirudora when two Asa Kujaku in 7th Gate and 1 Hirudora would do way more overall damage and definitely be the end of the Hachibi. Flames aren't being easily extinguished unless Hachibi can actually immediately smother them. With his whole body in agony he won't be composed enough to just roll on the ground seeing how Amaterasu just made him go berserk . If he does get out it's probably not before 10 seconds, and his body would be pretty roasted at that stage. Not even sure he'd be able to continue fighting in BM. Not sure if the revert to base is possible tbh, wouldn't he have just reverted before Amaterasu spread to his main body if that was possible?

6 tails wasn't touched by Asa Kujaku, Gai was only aiming at the jutsu used . Pretty sure it sets the target ablaze regardless of who its, range should be irrelevant.

I have already shown not all Katon's light their target on fire [ ][ ]. Asa Kujaku obviously does. The fire only got extinguished because he smothered his fist into the ground . Smothering your entire body while you're in agony is another story, especially if the flame's heat is amplified tremendously by 7G.

Again, Asa Kujaku isn't as hot as Amaterasu, and nothing points to it being anywhere near as hot. Zero reason to believe that the Hachibi would be in so much agony that he wouldn't be able to simply role on the ground. That doesn't make any sense. It doesn't take much composure, if any at all.

Bottom right panel, the 6 tails was directly in frong of Gai and in the trajectory of Asa Kujaku. Unless you want to claim that the fireballs dissipated before reaching the 6 tails, but then that just exploits how weak the flames are.

From point blank range, Kisame was caught in the red circle.

...Making a comparison has a prerequisite of them being equals now? I suggest you stop avoiding the Katon barrier scan I have referred to several times. Hachibi literally fell on his ass from JUST his fist being on fire . This time his WHOLE body is on fire, there's an extremely simple conclusion you can draw from this. 7th Gate using Asa Kujaku amplifies it by AT LEAST 5 times since 7th gate Gai punches AT LEAST 5 times as fast based on him pressuring JJ Madara (probably a lot faster, but let's low ball to avoid a pointless argument). Also, in the case you didn't know, lava after erupiting from a volcano (exactly like Yonbi's jutsu) is far colder than a fire. Even a candle is hotter temperature wise, let alone Gai's Asa Kujaku. Amplify the speed of Gai's fist by 5x and thus the friction is 5x greater, so the heat is too. Assume Asa Kujaku is 2000 celsius (candle is like 1.5k, lava is 700-1.2k) then multiplying it by 5 puts it at 10k celsius. Doesn't matter how hot Amaterasu is, Asa Kujaku will be burning the fukin shit out the Hachibi when the Hachibi fell on his ass from a fire only engulfing his fist. And rolling on the ground isn't as effective as you are making it seem, that's like saying a human completely set ablaze can just roll on the ground and smother the fire like that. A small fire? Sure. His whole body? Not a chance, plus he'd need the composure to do it.

I have absolutely no idea how you came to the conclusion that the 6 tails was hit. All I see is Gai hitting the poison/alkali (whatever it was), and then I see that jutsu vanished from in front of Gai. The sides which were not hit by Gai were still there. 0 reason for me to believe he was intending to hit the 6 tails at all, especially when absolutely nothing indicates fire having touched him (and he can punch for as long as he wants as per the Databook, meaning he stopped by his own will). The flames are clearly dissipating as you can see flames in the bottom right panel going up. No idea how that implies Asa Kujaku is weak, it just implies the 6 tails attack was strong. Do I really need to keep linking you the feats of Asa Kujaku? . It went against a huge Suiton and practically cleared it. Then you tell me it stalemating a massive Bijuu jutsu is an indicator if its weakness? Lol.

I don't know where you learned being at point blank would set you ablaze but it makes no sense. Doesn't matter how close or far you are, Asa Kujaku sets things ablaze based on how it works, whereas other don't set the target ablaze as you see Hidan only with burn marks, not ablaze. Yet Asa Kujaku set the target ablaze. Range is irrelevant unless you have a reason to suggest it is relevant; it's just how the jutsu works.

You're not being sensible bruh.

From my perspective it's the same for you tho. You're saying rolling on the ground when your entire body is set ablaze would smother it.. And then you're telling me he can maintain his composure when his entire body is on fire even though only his fist being on fire made him fall backwards. Can't see what you even countered in my post tbh, all unsubstantiated speculation.
