I guess the real question being, is witnessing that enough to have emotion which situated the Uchiha to develop MS through the past?

Yes I also still think it's possible Sarada would have so much emotion in her from the feeling of love that she'd awaken it. I see it happening from the desire to protect someone she loves. Because although MS has been shown to activate only when someone dies...isn't this only because all of the Uchihas have had extremely rotten lives? They weren't really in a good setting to experience positive emotions. Obito probably could have done it if he hadn't been kidnapped by Madara. The Uchihas are actually supposed to be extremely loving. So much so that the loss of love affects them.

So if Sarada can just avoid seeing someone die for a while maybe she can activate MS before that with a different emotion.

And going off of this panel in ch 693...I think the Uchiha hate will end with Sasuke, leaving room for a happier future for Sarada.

Why does the next generation have to surppas the previus? I hope that sarada doesnt ger the MS why would she need it? And i hope Boruto doesnt beacome hokage, it was Narutos dream, not his. The only way on my opition she will awake Rinnegan is by someone important for her die eg Sakura or Sasuke just like how Obito awaken it because of Rin.

It's actually stated in the DB that the only way to activate MS is to kill someone close to you. The only person who didn't do this was Itachi, but he still witnessed his best friend commit suicide for him, and give him his eyes.

So in general sense, you have to either do the act yourself, or watch someone close to you die. That's my general understanding. I'll post the DB if anyone wants it, though google works too since it's a popular scan page.

this makes the most sense. Kakashi killed Rin, but obito was just watching. Not sure if they both activate at the same time though even if they are separated
