I met this cute guy at this party, I gave him my number without him asking. He texted me a day later then some more a week after that. I texted him 3 times it shows that he read the first two. Why is he ignoring me? I sent each text day(s) between each other. I'm a busy gal.

Probably not. I mean, if someone is into you, they would be eager to speak you. Even if he read the message and meant to send something later, he would have done it by now. There's always time in the day to send a simple text message to someone. So even him being busy is sort of not an excuse.
