IF you are dividing the 10-tails into half, and giving Hashirama all the yang/senjutsu chakra and giving Madara the yin/eye chakra..


Then Hashirama and Madara are the 2 strongest on their teams.. and out of both of these 2.. Hashirama is the stronger one without any buffs.. so ultimately.

Madara with one Rinnegan could use limbo and solo all nine tailed beasts. With two he'd have four. He obviously couldn't use PS because of ten tails so without it he and his limbos should be able to use Five rinnegan perfect susannos. And Rinnegan susannos are far more powerful than ems susannos.
