Agree, but it doesnt change the fact that he relies more on convinient tool that on pure intelligence. Compared with Sakura or Shikamaru he isnt that smart as people think.

Sorry, Sasuke can't change his biology. The uchiha have the sharingan so they use it, if they didn't, they'd develop other ways to be strong. That's like Hashirama not using mokuton even tho it's his kkg, or Mei not using her lava and acid, even tho it her kkg, if they didn't have those things they'd have developed differently as ninja.

Also, Sasuke has plenty of intelligence feats to validate the position people put him as.

Without Sharingan? I dont remember Sasuke analyzing opponents or jutsu without using the Sharingan.

We've seen enough intelligence feats from him that other shinobi don't have. Despite him being an idiot at times.

Though as an Adult now, I can't say for certain he's the same.

How is Naruto smarter than Sakura and Temari?

IMO:
1. Shikamaru
2. Shino
3. Sasuke
4. Temari
5. Gaara
6. Sakura

Though 2-6 are interchangeable.

Sasuke's the most well-rounded of the generation, so he tops the list. Shikamaru, Temari, Sakura and Shino are probably are the other four for sure.

All of this. Sakura analyzed Kamui down to the last T. It took Kakashi 200 chapters to figure it out. As for Shikamaru, then Sasuke was called a rare genius, the likes of which Orochimaru couldn't surpass in his teenage ... when he himself was "once in a lifetime prodigy."

Shikamaru also looked up to Sasuke, and his feats are quite unimpressive if compared with the heavyweights in this field. Sasuke beats him out very easily. So:

1- Sasuke.
2- Shikamaru.
3- Sakura.
4- Shino.
5- Karin.

Edit: Karin is a better choice than Temari.
