And Shisui is a badass? He got wrecked one handed by Danzo. Obito can still fight with 3T, he showed plenty of skill against Kakashi, even if he let him win. And he was able to controll Yagura, apparently a Perfect Jin, along with full Kurama using only his 3T.

Yagura wasn't a perfect jin at the time or obito wouldn't have been able to control him, manga fax.

whatever u wrote is KA and normal sharingan genjutsus just like i told u Obito can jump dimension if he sees it.
Izanagi and izanami are forbidden jutsu lots of uchiha and non uchiha knows this.

Thus shisui can qualify in your list because he got KA
Obito can't because he only use kamui.

and Perfect jins are not immune to genjutsu. in Naruto the last Naruto was under Toneri's genjutsu.

Then again Itachi did have the disease and all. The others are good is well, but they are better at other things rather than sharingan related jutsus.

And I forgot to add Obito along with Kakashi and Itachi, he is clearly one the the best as he manipulated Yagura continuously through genjutsu and controlled Kyuubi. And Sasuke is below these three. He showed more creative usage in Part 1 (but the same can be said for Kakashi)...
