[Theory] Weeble is the one who scarred Kaido?

I don't know if this has been addressed before.


Unless the rock you call a home is the size of the moon, you would know that we got the first appearence of Kaido in one piece a few months ago.

He very clearly has a major scar on the left side of his body, and he is grumbling about Whitebeard. Simple explanation: Whitebeard caused the scar.

A few weeks after that, we were introduced to this crime against humanity: Edward Weeble, Whitebeard Jr

Is it possible that the Whitebeard that Kaido is talking about isn't actually the original Whitebeard, but Edward Weeble? Could Weeble have been the one to cause that scar?

Highly doubt it. Majority of people think Weeble is full of shit. Even Kizaru, the admiral who doesn't care, doubt that Weeble is WB's real son and says that the claim itself is power.

Kaido tried attacking WB before Marineford and its implied that Kaido was chased from Wano by WB. WB is simply the only man who could beat Kaido and Kaido became obsessed with WB since he WB became his best bet at death.

It seems Miss Bakking(and Big Mam) is using Weeble to collect bounties since Big Mam seems to have money problems. No real reason for Weeble to attack Kaido.

Kaido didn't actually manage to attack WB before Marineford, Shanks stopped him. I may be missing something, but i don't remember any implication that WB forced Kaido off Wano.

Moriah was crushed by Kaido in the NW but stole Ryuuma's corpse somehow. I say Kaidou crushed Moriah in Wano and fleed with Ryuuma's body. After that, I say WB saved Wabo from Kaidou(which started his obsession) since Ace had the samurais of Wano make him a hat while a member of WB pirates.

Law #237 of Narrative is that you never explain the origin of the allegedly indestructible character's only scar prior to their big final battle. It's possible that Kizaru simply didn't know.

Why would Kaido be randomly saying that? He's senile thinking it was WB who shoved him off the Sky Island.
