Well if Kakashi had DMS and Rikudous chakra 4ever that He would be king! But sadly he doesant and for overall usage i think sasuke is just slightly above due to blaze realise.

And Shisui is a badass? He got wrecked one handed by Danzo. Obito can still fight with 3T, he showed plenty of skill against Kakashi, even if he let him win. And he was able to controll Yagura, apparently a Perfect Jin, along with full Kurama using only his 3T.

With the Sharingan its easy to manipulate Jin. Every village was affraid of Shisui, eaven Obito and Kabuto said that if they had him the war would be over, he vas stated to be the most skilled uchiha of his time, and not with the MS becaouse if he used MS that much for every one to fear him he would have went blind years ago.
