Good list and accurate for the most part. But three things...

@bold Why are you putting it below Indra's Arrow? Manga shows them to be equal. Is it because of elemental superiority?

@underlined That's erroneous. You can't put a combination of two or more attacks in a rating of "the strongest nukes". One attack as standard should be used at its most powerful form.

#1 is disagreeable. Can you really consider than a nuke?

I didn't realize #1 was so powerful... but didn't Naruto overpower it in KSM or something? Is it really that powerful?

In raw power, it isn't that great. But the sheer scale of the technique makes it truly strong.

BTW, I'd hardly consider than a "nuke".

That makes sense then. Considering that the largest scale we've seen is the stalemate between IA and TBBFRS? And Toneri's technique topples that by splitting the moon, but in raw power it's considerably much, much weaker.

It split the moon. Why Naruto overpowered it has to do with energy per area and not the total power of the tech.

Pretty much. That's a Moon cutting attack. No defense or offense would be able to stop it. The only way it would is if we hypothetically could condense Kaguya's World Busting Gudo Dama as well. To put focused vs non focused attacks into perspective, look at Indra's Arrow vs. Dual NE RS. Kurama said Indra's Arrow was going to kill them in a single strike had they not gathered that energy. Yet when it clashed with an attack that's almost equal with it, it produced an explosion that contained both attack's full energy, but Naruto survived it.

So Naruto can survive IA almost 2x in the form of an explosion, but when focused as an arrow it'd rip right through him. Imagine something like that when we compare normal moon cutting blade to a hypothetically focused one.

IMO it would be:
Total energy = energy per meter (as of now) x radius of the moon (in meters). So yeah, the power of the technique gets multiplied TREMENDOUSLY. It would exceed any other tech IMO.
