Besides if he TNJ kaguya whose side would he choose? Technically the bijuu are her chakra and she has a right to them, but he is friends with the bijuu.

I mean if he sided with her, he would (uncharacteristically) take everyone's chakra without killing them so the "true peace" will finally happen. Then again, she might still do the Infinite Tsukuyomi regardless so I guess that's why it's impossible lol

Tnj with Kaguya was meaningless because she was an alien and she couldn't understand humans. And also Naruto had no informations about her.
Someone said that with Madara he didn't use Tnj too, but this is also from lack of informations about the ninja legend. Besides, Madara didn't offer a moment for talking. His aggresivity and power were too much to can use Tnj.

Not having a heart doesn't equal being emotionless. Kaguya was obsessed with chakra to the point where she would kill her own sons for their chakra. That's why she's called heartless by naruto.

sasuke also tried to kill sakura numerous times. so u agree sasuke is heartless:bdpf:
and Kaguya was only defending herself. Her sons rebelled against her. if she wanted there chakra she would have killed them when they were born.
