Is Ichibei's Bankai, Shirafude Ichimonji.

It gives him the power to change somethings name once it it erased with his Shikai. Of course, that just means he's increasing the victim's power from 0 to 0.00001. Shirafude Ichimonji cannot be used to weaken an enemy, because once their name is blanked out, they have no power at all. Even an Ant beats Nothing.

yeah his bankai is redundant. however if it can be used in reverse of what it's been shown canonically, then it can potentially increase somebody's power level significantly, making it worthwhile as a support ability.

Ichibei probably can't be permanently be killed since words,symbols and letters are eternal he can just ask someone to say his name and he comes back.
