I dunno. A lot of Naruto saves were mildly justifiable. He was never in a "3-2-1 plot!" situation and even when his opponents are nerfed, it is acceptable as opposed to the obvious pull when Sasuke fought Bee or when Choji took the death pill, made it back to the village, and went on to be one of the strongest in his clan.

Madara. He had to be directly saved by inconsistencies and other characters stupidity, rather than his own abilities.

Like when he magically teleported off the end of a sword.
Or when he magically vanished sand in his blood.
Or used sharingan abilities without eyes.

As for others stupidity, there's plenty there.
Naruto destroyed the wood dragon holding him down and preventing him from revivng himself.
Sasuke didn't use Amaterasu after Madara took his armour off.
Gaara didn't sand coffin him when he injected sand into his blood.
The Bijuu used a stupid tail crush rather than Bijuudamas.
