I just read the new chapter and all I got to say is" wtf is wrong with sasaki?" he says "arima is like a father to him"while arima is threatening to kill him AGAIN .its not like he said "I'll kill you if you Dont get stronger" no he went further and pretty much tells him "I'm the whole reason you lost your memory your my property so you have to do what I say" that isn't a father figure . sasaki has problems if he really think this is how a father is like .

Did you miss the part where he's obviously lying about being happy, indicated by his trademark chin hold [ ]? While I'm not sure whether Haise is conscious of his resent towards Arima, I do know he doesn't actually think of him as a father.

He wasn't lying when he said he says arima as his father he was lying when he said he's happy with his life the way it is

I honestly think that Haise has built his own imaginary world to run away from the fact that he is a tool that will be killed if he doesn't perform.

Kaneki realizes how screwed up this situation is.

I honestly think sasaki in this chapter let his thoughts out he isn't oblivious to anything he knows he's a tool and the only way he can be free is if he kills arima he just knows he isn't strong enough yet

Actually many ppl believe that the person that snapped in this chapter is Kaneki not Sasaki.

Also I wasn't saying that Sasaki was oblivious just that he crafted his own little world and ran away from reality. He treats the cage that he has been confined to as a happy place and doesn't let the dark memories of Arima's training surface
Easier said then done arima still far ahead of sasaki
We don't know that actually :| Kaneki is more skilled than Sasaki and he is about to go against Eto. I wonder how strong Kaneki will be if he goes Kakuja

Yeah he probably realized it a long time ago too. Practically . You can't blame him much though. Imagine waking up without remembering anything from the last 19-20 years. Haise is really trying hard to adapt but he's just getting closer and closer to a breaking point. Remember when he abruptly - desperately He's got his family in the CCG now, or at least, .
Arima said:
That is...a rather troublesome family.
I agree with Arima>Haise. He's got a long way to catch up to the CCG's shinigami.

Imagine that if by the end of the story he regains his memories but everyone close to him will have been dead by then.
That's probably the worst case scenario ever. It gives me

almost halfway to boiling point!!

He'll probably get his memory about around the 60s or 70s . his memories in re around the time he became white hair kaneki . which would cause I big change in sasaki personality since re is imitating so much stuff from part one . its just a hunch though

He had anmesia. It shouldn't have known arima tried to slaughter him. He didn't know his own origin until Kaneki is fully awoken
