Might Guy is simply punching so fast he cause heavy friction on his fist that results in fire balls. But for that to take place given his altitude, his fists shown by moving atleast -+25 Mach. That's Hypersonic! We know this because this is the speed at which shuttles and rockets burn at its hottest when reentry Earth's atmosphere.

25 Mach = -+ 30626.10kph / 19030.18mph

And since velocity = mass/energy, the barrage of his fists should have 0.0078461 tons of TNT energy. That's enough energy to destroy atleast 3 city blocks, and could be felt shockwaves could be felt by some distance.

Also the force of the attacks weight is basically an cargo ship being dropped on you.

I meant he doesn't use it to perform Morning Peacock, like the chakra release of the 8 gates is what gives him that speed but the attack itself uses no chakra, just like Daytime Tiger

Oh Indeed. I gladly oblige with this, besides the move itself accommodates the use of chakra within but not outward. Which is the base of 8Gates. Without chakra, they can't leap or so to say, stand on water etc...
