Why collection of Byakugan and Sharingan

Well u can combine 100 byakugan which is tenseigan
While u can combine only 4x sharingan which is EMS

100x byakugan( u can create super strong dojutsu) >>>>>>>>>>>100x sharingan(bc u can not use all of them at the same time)

However 4x combined sharingan (2x EMS)>>>>>>>>>> 4x Byakugan(which u cant combine)
