Said the same thing Ages ago with most wind/water/fire users. Fighting in poison is a big no no Especially when he decides to whip out the Super Liquid poison.

Without jutsu, all Mei can do is run away to try to escape the poison cloud's range. Hanzo is easily faster than her (matching Mifune in CQC) so if it's a game of cat and mouse Hanzo will just catch up to her and slay her before she escapes the cloud.
