1- Kakuzu can use domu without hand seals. He only used hand seals against Choji because he was going to crush his whole body. Against mifune he doesn't need to use hand seals since there's no need to use Domu on all his body. So no hand seals needed.

3- How is Mifune blitzing them if they're attached to Kakuzu's body and if he gets close he gets obvliverated?

So you relied your argument on no hand seals = no jutsu so =mifune wins. Let me tell you that's hilarious. First of all
-Kakuzu doesn't use hand seals
-The masks themselves can be slow but their attacks are not slow and they cover a big AoE= hard to dodge
-Mifune only fights close range and getting close is a mistake since he would be blown away
-Kenjutsu wouldn't be effective against an opponent that can make his skin as hard as diamond without the hand seals, and his body is made of threads
-If Kakuzu was to need hand seals for Domu, then he can use the maks for a distraction attack, forcing Mifune to dodge and gain the opening for the hand seals
And please post a speed feat from Mifune that shows he's actually able to "slice" the maks before they even come out of Kakuzu's body lol (they won't even try to do that, but i'm just curious if you only make opinions based on the databook)

Kuzu was blitz and surprised by to basic joinin, rushed by clones and an exhausted naruto, barely outran Yamato wood (no homo), fought a kakahi with the aid of ninjutsu and kakahi had to worry about his weak teammates, yet you think a ninja who can move faster then you can put your arms together to even start a handseal doesn't blitz kuzu? Lol cute!

Please learn about domu first then talk to me afterwards. And "akatsuki lv opp" doesn't make you better then the rest when shika offed one, base naruto offed another, Sakura and Chiyo convinced another, sasuke offed one etcetera. Mifune should honestly be able to cut Kakuzu while using Domu. He was matching Sasuke's ration sword, which is >>Kusanagi, which in turn was giving some problems to Enma.
Yea basically. I'm talking about the mask heads on his shoulders since we've yet to see them in his base form. Otherwise they are in or they are out while in human mode.
