Well that technique should be called "Bullshit Rasenshuriken"...
Naruto can't do that but the idea isn't bad XD.
But it would make no sense cause Naruto can't focus all chakras in one point cause it's too much for him that's why he needed 8 other clones and RasenShurikens against Kaguya.
Still that would be interesting to see.

Where do you get wind from? Only shukaku has wind but you already put magnet. If youre talking about kurama youre wrong, his special power is the chakra avatar. Thats why naruto uses his chakrs to creat tbb rasenshuriken
