Are the Strongest characters the "strongest" due to their chakra potency? How much does chakra potency factor compared to things like:

Chakra type (Rikudou, Natural chakra etc.)
Chakra pool/reserve
Skills (specialty/ how good you are in *insert category*)
Abilities (Jutsu, techniques)

Is chakra potency the most important factor to the strength of a character? If not explain.
If you can please list which are the most important to the least important.
(If all are a total of 10) for example:

If you have ridiculously powerful chakra and good abilities, you don't need to have superb skills. One eyed JJ Madara has one of the strongest chakras in the Manga, yet he wouldn't beat DMS Kakashi because he lacks good abilities while Kakashi has hax abilities and strong chakra.

Itachi had fairly little chakra reserves and because of his illness this got even worse. But regardless of that, he is considered one of the strongest characters of all time because of his intellect and how he use the little power he has in battle.

Chakra type: 0 (the only reason rikudo chakra, bijuu chakra, and regular chakra are different is because of the abilities and the strength of it. The type all on it's own doesn't matter.)

Well chakra potency is a big factor for kaguya who basically had no skill was the strongest also madara stated since he has the strongest chakra he is the strongest period. Sasuke had a lot of skill but instead lost to someone with larger chakra and decent skills in naruto. Even with a lot of chakra even a weak attack becomes strong if one just increase the chakra one puts into an attack like sakuras punches her strength increases due to the chakra she puts into it she has no skill but by some asspull by kishi she kept up with kcm and ems sasuke not saying she equals them but she could help in a fight while other fodders couldn't even join in noted when a unknown fodder stated they felt outta place when hashi and madara fought

True but during itachis rein above everyone he had ms which comes with a lvl of chakra potency in the eyes his skill made him more deadly tho but around that time it wasn't really anyone with strong chakra like him he had a low reserve but his chakra was strong enough to almost kill kakashi and create a susanoo with yata mirror and t blade u have to have strong chakra to have susanoo yet alone have those weapons

Yes the ms made his condition worse when he used it but it still was the reason he was that dangerous for awhile he was the only one capable of using susanoo and again susanoo speaks on the strength of one's chakra

He was one of the strong characters though.

Is the reason why Adult Naruto is stronger than is War counterpart from his chakra potency increasing? Excluding the fact he has full Kurama now. And does full Kurama increase potency or just increase chakra reserve?

Yes, it does. But the abilities themselves are still more important in the grand scheme of things. Two people can have the same chakra, but one would be far weaker than the other if his abilities are garbage.

And yeah. That and an adult body being stronger than a kids body are why Naruto is physically superior, while the other half of Kurama only adds reserve. So in reality, the other half doesnt make him more powerful in any way. He just has more chakra.
