No m8. For example in dbz all the fighting is about hand to hand combat and ki power attacks while they do have flying cars and space ships. Same for ninja's why have a car when you can run fast or why use a tank when it will get blown up by a ninja very easily. Ninja's will exist forever in the NV but their might be a time where you have modern ninja's like boruto's cheating gadget.

True on that. But shouldn't Avatar be a better example than DBZ since they have similar element usage? I mean chakra and ki are similar in some way but ki won't give you elemental affinities.

Confession: I've only seen the dutch Dub of avatar on nickelodeon So I don't know how the legend of korra looked. I once saw a scene about a flying zeppelin I think but the fire nation also had those if I remember right? I used dbz as example since kishi took alot of stuff from that show to inspire him with naruto. But you're right avatar did a good job with vehicles. Ships land vehicles zeppelins etc

Avatar reminds me of China a lot and Korra's time is like the early 1900's when mechanics were introduced but I want to digress from that since this is supposed to be about the generation after Boruto and if Ninja's would be around. I guess they would still be around but maybe the code would be the only thing lacking or the misuse of weapons/chakra.
