Kakuzu is the winner. The guy doesn't need to be affraid about wasting chakra since he has a lot, lol, he was constantly using high level nijutsu against several enemies.
-The clam gets eventually found and nuked away
-Joki boy explosion gets tanked by domu
-Water jutsus are overpowered by fire + wind combo
-If i'm not mistaken, one of Kakuzu's masks can fly. So he can get an aerial view to find the clam.

Kakuzu probably wins since he doesn't need to know the exact location of the clam. Atsugai clears it, and then he logically poops on Gengetsu since using Joki boi makes his real body vulnerable to the hearts individually attacking him while Kakuzu Domu-tanks the explosion.
