At What Point did Naruto surpass TLA?

What arc did Naruto Surpass The TLA and LoK universes.
Not in story telling but in pure power. Like how after the Saiyan Saga, DBZ surpasses Naruto.

As far as the Last Airbender, I'll say I'll put Aang, Azula, and Katara as of the Search, as the Pinnacle. They had been outclassed by The End of the Pain Saga.

As far as Legend of Korra, I'll put Korra, Bolin, Kuvira, and Pi Li as the pinnacles. I say that they were surpassed at the end of the Kage Arc Summit.

The factors I thought of were Power, Speed, Special Abilities, and Amount of Chi/Chakra which was Unlimited in the LOK-verse.

Only the avatar posed a real threat to the high-tiers, due to being able to fly and so on. Other than that.. all of the others were fodders.

Actually, the lowest of Benders in LoK are very competent. The only fodder would probably be the Dai Lee (which is still like saying that The SA are fodder when comparing them to a Part One Naruto) and the Fire Nation soldiers.

I would say around Pain Arc? Definitely when Susano'o came into play.
