Kisame already absorbed some kyuubi chakra in part 1 with no diff. And with SM, Kisame has to take a huge amount of natural energy that can off balance his own huge reserve. But Naruto has his ways of killing him.

Yeah, but Kisame's most likely bigger in base. Then we had preta path absorbing Jiraiya's techniques and absorbing FRS, but it didn't turn to stone after he started absorbing chakra directly from Naruto. And Preta path's reserve is puny compared to Kisame.

It has 1/6th of Nagato's chakra. Although Kisame will never turn into a statue here, it's impossible. The only way would be to exceed the chakra he has with Natural Energy, and since Naruto can't have more chakra then Kisame (unless he's being allowed Kyuubi chakra here, which I doubt), and since Natural Energy works in a balance, Kisame's chakra cannot have Natural Energy in excess.
