[Question] re-watch an anime

did u guys ever re-watched an anime that u saw it only once? i'm gonna try to re-watch deathnote again , did anybody did this ? how did it felt?

It depends on how long you watched an anime. I would wait 2 years before giving them another try because if I re watch an anime that I watched couple of weeks ago nothing would surprise me because I'd know what is going to happen.

I sometimes rewatch it but thats only parts of it.

I've never really rewatched an Anime from start to finish again.

I don't do it because even tho i like it as much as i do, it's not worth it knowing the plot etc, can't get excited anymore

I forget most of everything that happens in the Anime anyway, so re-watching an Anime would be new to me.

An example would be the Monogatari Series because of all its subtleties and foreshadowing that wouldn't be caught on your first watch.

I've rewatched FMA: Brotherhood, Cowboy Bebop and FLCL. Although, I watched them when I was younger so I didn't really remember what happened all that well. I also didn't watch them in order when I was younger (I watched them on late night Adult Swim).

But in general, I can't rewatch movies/series. :hmm: I am less motivated to finish it once I start rewatching and I forget all about it.

You kind of tend to forget some things about it so the one's I liked I have watched multiple times. Sometimes you just skim through other ones. I have watched these multiple times
Baccano, Death Note, HxH, Attack on Titan, FMA:B, Magi, Cowboy Bebop, Hellsing Ultimate, Zankyou no Terror.
Paranoia Agent , NNGL, Mushishi, Steins;Gate, Durarara twice.
Some are not as good as first time some even better. Its a nice experience. Whenever bored I just rewatch one. So every year or couple of years I just go through most of what I watched and liked.
