Sasuke put amaterasu on his susano and it didnt burn through.

Gamabunta katon best feat is burning snake sheds, Kakuzu's is having no burnt marks on hidan SM Katon has no feats but since Madara's and Obito's are large as shit and most likely much hotter than the latter we could scale em to that

Size doesn't matter. It depends on heat and seeing how it doesn't produce blue flames i doubt it, although it could take advantage of some wknss depending on the SSN version

Kakuzu's explodes, which can push flames away and what not as well as the wind would scatter the oil which is holding the flames.

Nothing too big I guess if everythings coming from the same direction.

If you look at the first time he uses it though, it's odd. It starts out moving towards as flames but then expands into what you said.
