[spoiler] Boruto movie question [spoiler]

In the Boruto movie, Naruto gets hit by black rods, shot in his body by Momoshiki, near the end of the fight (when almost all are caught in Momoshiki's shadow bind).
Shortly after, Naruto increases the power of Boruto's rasengan. Boruto and Sasuke than defeat Momoshiki together.

My question is, couldnt Sasuke pull the black rods out of Naruto?
Sasuke has Rinnegan after all and he could remove the black rods that Madara put in Tobirama in the naruto series.
How are those from Momoshiki different?

Could it be because Sasuke has some of Hagoromo power and Madara had so too
and the black rods of Momoshiki are different
and therefore cant be pulled out by Sasuke?

What do you think is the reason that Sasuke didnt pull the black rods from Momoshiki, out of Naruto?

Since he lost his hand with the seal on, he probably can't pull them out anymore. Naruto and Sasuke both haven't used full hagoromo power since they fought each other. They probably lost part of the hagoromo power up when they lost their arms.

Maybe he didn't feel like pulling those rods out of Naruto was of high priority at that specific time.

I dont think it works like that, once you have rikudou chakra you shouldnt have any problem touching the rods But you, kishi could have done that for the sake of plot
