It's that time once again, I'm looking for a senpai. I'm looking for someone that has never been a senpai previously, someone new, and someone that has at least four elements complete, and has a good knowledge about each of those four elements. So therefore, fill this template out, and I'll close the apps in one week from now. (27/10/2015)

I'll try to be direct, It's cool being a senpai although I've never been one , you know, getting to teach and all, it'll be exciting and it's one of my NB goals. Besides, being a senpai is one of the few steps on becoming a sense, I know I sound selfish and all but I'm just being honest. Show me how you would train a student (example, post a technique and explain it, or however you want to train):
Rank: B
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 20

Description: This technique is somewhat of an enhanced version of the Beast Tearing Palm. It used chakra to infused with and condense a mass amount of wind to form a massive demonic-like claw extending from the user's dominant hand to strike and grab a target, as well as deflect any weapon or attack. In addition to making it a deadly short to mid-range weapon, the extending claw also carries tremendous force that can devastate anything in its path without affecting the user, making it useful for dislodging solid and heavy objects.
One of my favorite techniques, You fuel your hand with fuuton chakra and release it while manipulating it into a demon-like claw, you know with ugly pointy fingers and all, it gives off a green glow an attribute of most fuuton jutsus, it's good for grabbing, squashing or even punching bigger targets, it also packs quite a punch being able to dislodge solids and all... it's easy to pull off as it requires no handseal and it's efficient in close range battle for catching your opponent off balance, Now, Perform the move, give me advantages and disadvantages, Also don't forget to ask questions And, lastly why do you want to be MY senpai? You're cool and all and I believe I could learn a thing or two from you, plus I could learn more about Dark release from you, By learn I mean steal all your Dark Release Customs MUAHAHAHAHA

Basically, my interest in being a senpai is one of a superior motive. As in day by day, the RP welcomes new members (totally new ones and those on NB before but in other forums) and the major problem they face aside settling in is the training areas. I've seen quite a few numbers of members complain about the stress and the survival of the fastest in getting trainings ; in fact some just have to settle for whatever they're offered - no choices. I know that even by becoming your senpai I can not possibly solve every problem but I'll try my possible best to. Also, "What goes around comes back around..." I've received training from potential sensei's on the base, this fuels my ego further giving me confidence that I am fit for this post. Show me how you would train a student (example, post a technique and explain it, or however you want to train):

Description: This technique lets the user create a few rock pillars that will protrude from the ground to skew the target. The rock pillars will even pass through obstacles to reach their target if these are less dense. The pillars/spikes can be done in any earthen surface, including other earth techniques of the user.
My Training Method entertains imagination.
"...One of the most versatile techniques you can use to immobilize your target in a second swiftly. Firstly by reading the whole technique's description, try and picture it with your mind (this will actually help in strategic usages in battle). By focusing earth chakra to a specific area beneath your target, from the depth of the ground you'll create quite a handful of pillars that will protude to skew your target's feet's possibly giving you an upper hand in battle. It also does not require any handseal. Now perform this said technique in your own words (highly essential) and gimme creative uses to this and with your imagination create a mini battle scene with this technique. Ask questions if you have any!
And, lastly why do you want to be MY senpai?
Basically, you were one of my very early teachers and I remember giving you a hard time lol besides you're an achiever, respected by all, sociable (the people's person) and it'll do me great pleasure to be your senpai.

What I'd like to try and implement into the general teaching of students is basically a form of Battle Training, where the student does more than simply list off the execution, characteristics, usages, advantages, disadvantages, etc of every technique in the Cannon list, as that system can get boring eventually. What I'd do is take a look at whatever field the student wishes to learn, and set up various forms of hypothetical scenario's, with differing types of answers required from the student to progress. For example, if I am teaching a student Earth Release, for one Jutsu I may ask them to counter a technique that is seemingly unblockable with the technique they are learning. For example, if the student is learning the generic Earth Release Technique, and I use something like Chidori Spear to impale them, I'm not looking for the student to counter using a thrown projectile, or to try and block it, instead I am looking for the student to use a more creative counter, like forming a pillar beneath themselves to evade the technique by moving up, or to either side. However, I won't always be looking for these kinds of counters. Some may be straight forward, others may require more thought and planning to achieve a successful victory, some may even have more than one definitive solution, and some may even be impossible by every standard. I want to impart the knowledge that creative counters can be more powerful than any Jutsu available. I want to teach students that sometimes you simply cannot counter a given Jutsu with what you have, and thus you have to simply accept the inevitability of your situation. But I also want to let them know that it doesn't mean you instantly die if you do. I want to pass on more than mere "checkpoints" in the training system, whereby at the end of the training my students have more than just "Training: Completed" to add to their biographies. I guess what I'm saying is I want to teach as much as possible, in the smallest possible ways, while progressing the students in a general sense. I understand that this training may lead to me burning myself out, or perhaps it's been done before, and is discouraged, but I'd like to give it a shot. At the very least I'd like to present it as an alternative to the regular training regime, where it's only done if the student wishes to give it a shot. That is how I would like to train students, even if only the one's who opt for it, no matter how much work it may be.

Why do you want to be a Senpai: On the contrary, when I joined Narutobase RP community, One of my objective wasn't to become a Senpai nor a Sensei. My intentions during that point was to get my training done, and subsequently become a prominent RPer. However, my interest became more and more predominant after several trainings. I realize I needed to give something back to the RP community, Something that required my intelligence, patience, time, and efforts. Something that requires me to nurture, teach, educate and search in diligence. In what way can I do this? I realize I needed to become a Senpai.

Rank: B

Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20 (-15 per turn to remain active)

Description: This Technique coats the users body with stones, making them much more resistant to attacks, at the cost of their speed. Whilst using this technique, the user can even change their appearance, but once the technique is either defeated or worn off the users original appearance is shown. The user whilst in this armor is resistant to B rank ninjutsu techniques but is vulnerable to Lightning Technique
Earth Armor is a defensive technique use for protection and to enhance Taijutsu moves, the user starts by manipulating their Doton chakra round their body, and causing Earth stones to protrude out rapidly which coats the user body. The stones enables the user to be resistant against attacks that requires body contact. It's also resistant to B-rank Ninjutsu technique but vulnerable against Lightning techniques. Additionally, the user speed becomes slightly reduced due to the dense stones. Now I would like you to explain this technique in your own words?
The above, is a simple sample on how my explanation(s) would look like. That doesn't mean I won't ask further questions. I've seen instances where students even after completing an element still have difficulties in comprehending the nature and inner-workings of that element and Thus misused it in battles. I want my trainings with my students to be nothing short of practicality. When I say practicality, I mean a scenario where students doesn't just explain the technique, but also explain distinctive ways and methods to use them in battles. Through this way, their understanding becomes extremely broad, Thus allowing them to come up it alternative ways when battling opponents.

Description: After performing the Tiger hand seal the user creates an orb of water from which several sharp whips of water emerge. Those whips can then be directed towards one or multiple targets, impaling them on impact. Now for this technique, you first make the tiger handseal then by using nature manipulation, you turn your raw chakra into suiton chakra then utilize the suition chakra to create an orb of water on your hand. After doing this, you then fuel the orb of water with more suiton chakra in order to release multiple whips from the water orb to wrap around your target now the use for this technique is based on you and how you wish to manipulate it. It can also be used for multiple targets at once so the technique can really come in handy in a battle. Now I want you to perform this technique, give me the advantages and disadvantages with the usage of the technique. Also don't forget to ask questions if you have any.

Because I love you.
There are two main reasons I would like to be a senpai. Most obviously, I'd like to be a senpai in order to move on towards becoming a sensei. This would allow me to partake in several things, such as meeting one of the requirements for a Mangekyo Sharingan test, as well as try to earn SotM awards that can assist me in furthering my horizons on opportunities I can take. Of course, this is much easier said than done, but being a senpai is the first step it takes. The other reason is that I enjoy helping out others. I readily make myself available whenever I get the chance in order to assist people, whether it be small recommendations in how to begin RPing or to questions on potential moves and battle styles. It makes me happy to know that I am doing something that is beneficial to another. Also, it'll keep me busy when there's nothing to do.
Show me how you would train a student (example, post a technique and explain it, or however you want to train):
One of the big things I'd like to do in the RP is to emphasize on the RP itself. For that reason, I would be heavily RPing with my students, utilizing my own bio's capabilities, such as KG and Custom Abilities, in order to teach. For example, in the case that I would be teaching Kenjutsu, I'd be actually sparing with my student, as well as forcing him to attack dummies, like the ones in the spoiler. The RP wouldn't necessarily be just about detailing the surroundings and such, it would be about making a story with my student.
Kenjutsu Training Example
Moving on, Jakai looked towards his student with a nod of approval. He took out a scroll from the pocket and handed it towards his pupil. Inside it contained the next technique. It read as followed:
(Ken Rendan no Jutsu) — Sword Barrage Technique Type: Offensive Rank: C Range: Short Chakra Cost: 10 Damage Points: 25 Description: With this technique, the user will make a sequence of slashes with their sword and finishes with a powerful final slash dealing liberal damage to their enemy.
Already aware of the contents of the scroll, Jakai spoke to his student as he read. This is a simple technique with straightforward instructions. Once in short-range of an opponent or target, you will perform a series of slashes before finishing off with a powerful ending slash. As he finished speaking, Jakai gestured to his student to give him his sword. After receiving it, Jakai made a "U" shape with his index and middle finger and quickly ran his fingers through the edge of the sword while channeling his chakra. This would form a "scabbard" over the sword that would prevent fatal injuries from occurring.
(Shuuren Kiwa) — Training Edge
Type: Supplementary Rank: E Range: Short Chakra Cost: 5 Damage Points: 0 Description: This is a technique generally taught to aspiring swordsman and could be considered the opposite of using wind chakra to lengthen and sharpen a blade. Usually, a Swordmaster or other instructor would use their own chakra to create a small “U” shape around the edges or point of a weapon. The chakra acts as an invisible scabbard on the blade, allowing the students to spar without killing each other or wounding each other past minor bruises and aches caused by the blunt force of the “scabbard” blade making contact. The user activates this technique by extending their hand along a ridge and just letting a small amount of chakra out. This technique is very simple and quick.
Jakai then handed the sword back over to his student. There you are. Now there will be no need to worry about any potential mishaps. After you perform this, I'd like you to tell me a few advantages and disadvantages there are. If you can, try to list a possible scenario in which you would use this technique. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask. I will judge your performance on the technique, so be sure to focus on it. I will also review the technique afterwards, giving you useful information about it. With that, Jakai then proceeded to let his student continue.
OOC: Be as descriptive as you can in your movements. Detail is the most important influence within the RP, so use that to your advantage.
Lightning Training Example
With progress moving along quickly, Jakai smiled as he saw the next set of techniques that he would be teaching to his student. Excellent. He thought to himself. Jakai then called to his students and handed them a single scroll that contained 4 techniques. These are quite popular techniques, so it'll be wise to understand these well. The following techniques written on the scroll revolved around Chidori.
(Raiton: Chidori) — Lightning Release: One Thousand Birds Type: Offensive Rank: A Range: Short Chakra Cost: 30 Damage Points: 60 Description: The user must first perform the following sequence of hand seals, Ox → Rabbit → Monkey → Dragon → Rat → Bird → Ox → Snake → Dog → Tiger → Monkey, and they will then focus lightning chakra into their hand to create a lightning jutsu that is concentrated in the user's palm and thrusted toward the opponent at high speed. The lightning in the user's palm sounds like birds chirping, hence the name, and allows the user to perform high grade cutting damage or high penetration piercing thrusts.
Note: Someone who mastered lightning release can perform Chidori with just the Ox hand seal. Note: Uchiha Sasuke and Kakashi Hatake bios can use the technique without handseals.
(Raiton: Chidori Nagashi) — Lightning Release: One Thousand Birds Current Type: Offensive/Defensive Rank: A Range: Short (Mid if Channeled Through a Medium) Chakra Cost: 30 Damage Points: N/A (+10 if used to Boost Weapon Damage) Description: This jutsu allows the user to generate non-focused electricity from their body. It can be used as an omnidirectional attack or be channeled through weapons, the ground or other conductive mediums. Because the electricity isn't focused, it doesn't kill on contact, instead it has great numbing and paralyzing effects. To channel Nagashi through a medium, the user needs to focus the technique into one of his hands which will then be put in contact with the medium and can only choose to either do a widespread attack throughout his whole body or to channel it into something; he cannot achieve both usages at the same time. Despite not having much destructive or damaging properties, Nagashi can be used to destroy low rank earthen and wooden structures and even negate chakra on the ground to stop high ranked earth and wood techniques. It has also been noted that Lightning Specialists that have mastered Lightning to the highest degree can resist total paralyzation, although they still feel the pain and numbing effects.
Note: Paralyzation lasts 1 turn if sucessful but is ineffective against bios who have a primary Lightning Specialty.
(Raiton: Chidori Senbon) — Lightning Release: One Thousand Birds Needle Type: Offensive Rank: A Range: Short - Mid Chakra Cost: 30 Damage Points: 60 Description: The user reshapes the Chidori in their hand into the form of countless senbon which are shot with a simple hand movement towards the target. The senbons are extremely precise and have the same numbing and paralyzing effects as Chidori, carrying enormous speed. Because the technique requires no handseals and is done with simple hand movements, its extremely hard to avoid while in short range and quite dangerous to counter due to the precision attacks it can be used to perform.
(Raiton: Chidori Eiso) — Lightning Release Chidori Sharp Spear Type: Offensive Rank: A Range: Short - Mid Chakra Cost: 30 Damage Points: 60 Description: The user increases the range of their Chidori by using form manipulation to extend it into a blade up to 10 meters in length. This blade is capable of splitting into multiple additional blades upon contact with an enemy, drastically increasing the number of wounds it can inflict. Like other Chidori-related techniques, this jutsu will numb its target upon contact but unlike others, seems to focus more on having a cutting power, like a katana, than a piercing one. Because of its cutting abilities, it often seems to manifest a certain "solidity"; a tangible aspect.
Now before you get to excited, you must know that all these techniques revolve around the first one, Chidori. It is imperative that you understand that one before the others. So, before we continue on the following techniques, you will only be performing the regular Chidori technique. Jakai then points back to another dummy that was left around previously in the training.
You must be registered for see images
I want you to perform the Chidori on that dummy. Then, I will have you explain it to me. Be sure to include advantages and disadvantages, as well as any remarks you may have about the technique. It could something you like about it or not like, or questions about it. After I see that you properly executed the technique, we will move on with the following techniques.

Now before you get to excited, you must know that all these techniques revolve around the first one, Chidori. It is imperative that you understand that one before the others. So, before we continue on the following techniques, you will only be performing the regular Chidori technique. Jakai then points back to another dummy that was left around previously in the training.

And, lastly why do you want to be MY senpai?
You are a very recognized member of the base that is well respected by others. It would be an honor to be chosen by you, as it would be a sort of signal that I am showing more potential in the base. In addition, you also have several abilities that you can teach, ranging from 2 CFS, KGs, CC techs, etc. So you posses that trait that allows you to help out more people, which is something I want as it would help in reaching my goal to teach every canon teachable technique on the base (HAs, KG, Tailed Beast, Kin, Fuin, Med, EIG, SM (All 3 Variants), etc.).
I love that! Thank you for the opportunity! I promise not to let you down and I'll be sure to get everything I need quickly so that I can take the test and give Alan his chance as soon as possible!

Re-doing this. As my last senpai is now a sensei. I'm so proud, I've had four senpai in the past, and all of them have been a sensei one way or another.
Closing apps when I get at least four people applying. Good luck, and shit.
