When you spend long time in communities, soon you'll realize that reasons don't matter at all. Critics can be so convincing either in positive or negative point of view. In the end, what you like, enjoy it. Those who dislike ONE PIECE can not understand its beauty. But what is beauty? It doesn't matter.

Yeah, its sluggish pace must be the #1 reason.
At the end of it all though, One Piece will be the most celebrated manga/anime ever. The story is such a grand one. I don't read it anymore, but I know a decent amount. All the islands and people Luffy and his crew have encountered, fought, and befriended makes for such an epic adventure. It has the depth of Naruto and the humor of DB, but much longer than both. Everyone who hates it now will jump on the bandwagon once huge events happen, like the final fight against Blackbeard and discovering the "One Piece". Those two events will get as much--if not more--media coverage--or than--as the revealing of Tobi's identity.

Make no mistake, Naruto will always be my #1 favorite, not only manga, but story EVER. I'm just being realistic. One Piece will triumph over all. Not in spite of, but because of its length.

Onepiece is good,but i stopped reading it cuz i have a feelung i will die and OP will continue,so my lifetime maybe wont be long enough to experience the final OP moment,maybe many people died waiting for the final ch...

I believe it's Prison School, but not 100% certain.

OT: Multiple reasons. Plot and/or art being unappealing to them. Pacing could be an issue, etc. All boils down to different opinions/taste.

Character design, and fodder characters making you regret reading
their dialogue. Every time I attempted to get into it Usopp's character
kept me at bay and even once I did start reading it I'd still drop it after
I've seen enough of Usopp or Luffy being 100% clueless to a conversation.

Why would u care really, it has enough fans worldwide and its famous enough, I really wouldnt want the Itachi and Madara extreme fans who cant even discuss properly due to their constant syndrome attack to catch up with OP and start their daily wanking at a character not that there arent any of those in the OP community but still not on that degree where holding a proper civilized discussion is next to impossible.

Totally agree with you Bajram. We already have a good amount of great people in the OP community. Its nice that we can have awesome discussions and disagreements without getting attacked because we don't wank to their favorite character on the daily.

But back to the point it just isn't for some people due to art, the story, and designs. But even a huge fan like me sometimes hates the pace. But that's because I originally marathon-ed the manga. And not having to wait is awesome. So I say learn patience and try and read a new manga. If you are a Naruto fan I say try Black clover only like 35 chapters in but its a fun cool manga in my opinion.
