Base forms? Sakura hits the hardest. If we're adding Rikudou enhanced strength? Naruto takes it followed closely by Sasuke

SM Naruto does then Sasuke cuz of the enhanced Rikudo Chakra and then comes Sakura.

Naruto and Sasuke were smacking around Momoshiki while busting cliffs with punches and kicks alone, and that was while Naruto was still exhausted from the attempted extraction and Sasuke was as well from warping so many people. A Rikudou-enhanced punch from either of them would blow away anything Sakura's capable of.

The only instance in which you could be right is by feats, but Naruto and Sasuke should logically have a stronger strike.
