They're God lvl, especially with chakra control. With much more potent chakra so whatever Sakura can do, they can do muuuuch better. Plus Sakura is limited to plain chakra enhanced punches. Sasuke was compared to the Sage in chakra control by Kurama when he stole the bijuu's chakra.

A Rikudou-enhanced punch from either of them would blow away anything Sakura's capable of.

The only instance in which you could be right is by feats, but Naruto and Sasuke should logically have a stronger strike.
