So now this Tobi like masked person/Tobi has a hole on the other half of his mask with a Byakugan (left eye).

This version of the Masked man might not be Obito (or Obito with a Byakugan) or he is the one who took the eyes of that Hyuga that Ao from Kirigakure got one from too? (he got the right one).
Some other suggestion?
Who could he be?

I have high hopes for this filler. Byakugan was shunned unfairly by kishi. I mean come on ALL oktsutsuki have byakugan its frickin important!

The creators have definitely tried to re-hype the Byakugan via Ootsutsuki and Tenseigan. Still fodder compared to Sharingan/Rinnegan, though.

It's pretty funny because they really really REALLY tried and yet still fodder...we aren't even sure if it casts genjutsu or not (I don't mean regular eye genjutsu I mean something like Byakugan based genjutsu you know? the same as Sharingan genjutsu) probably can't
