I'd make Madara die in a fair 1 vs 2 fight against Naruto and Sasuke and I would make sure Obito is the one who is showing off the power of his DMS and not Kakashi.

Change soms characters interaction to make pairings more obvious and change the war arc. Also the demographics of the Naruto world sucked. like almost everyone from konoha11 is stronger than the average shinobi in the ninjas war arc that is just bullshit. Also make it more Gore especially when it was about Sasuke 5 Kage summit that hatred part
I'd make a villain to kill all the kages leaving everyone in a destitute and evil state. And then add the Otsutsuki to be more merciless and fix their appearances, make them look like demons instead of humans. And then a civil war would start, killing 99.1% of the population.
-Naruto's obsession with sasuke made him the worst HST main character and one of the worst overall. I would have made him focus more on surviving the akatsuki than sasuke's health. Also TNJ would be nonexistent.
- I would make more gory scenes and kill off some characters after giving them heroic moments
- I would not make nagato revive konoha shinobi, the leaf has spent enough time being the strongest.
- I would also make naruto lose the kyuubi in pre-shippuden, but still survive somehow, this way he will actually die if he doesn't focus on training and not thinking of his boyfriend.
-New female characters that are tough and don't have the flaws the more known ones do.
- Sasuke finding out the truth behind the massacre before he fights itachi.
- Madara being defeated by naruto and sasuke with obito giving him the finishing blow while talking trash about him before he too dies.
- I would make nagato turn jiraya into one of his paths just to spite konoha.

- I would kill off hinata in the pain arc and sakura in the war arc
- I would make smaller nations accept IT so that naruto and the others have to fight shinobi from other villages in the war arc. This would be a test for naruto, is he going to be selfish or not? I would also make the weaker nations have the majority numbers.
-Remove Otsutsuki
-never introduce BZ
-keep the power levels much lower, like part 1 level
-make it more about ninjas instead of OP jutsu like kamui
-have people die during the war (Kakashi, Gai, Sakura, all the previous kage etc.)
I'll change sasuke and itachis position have oro get shisui body some how and join kabuto and madara as villains . Obito gives kakashi both eyes as he is killed by madara and have the final fight as madara oro and kabuto vs naruto itachi and kakashi
-First of all I would demand that SP be replaced with a better studio and get rid of all fillers.
-I'd develop the characters more. Specifically I'd like to see more from Hanabi, Neji, Sakura (Kishi said he left out writing her backstory so I would have liked to see that) Lee, Kurenai, Anko (her storyline with Orochimaru was horribly undeveloped), TENTEN.
-I'd like to see Sasuke turn good sooner. Sasuke should have had his final fight with Naruto earlier on in my opinion, specifically after Danzo was defeated. This way we could have actually seen more of good Sasuke, which in my opinion is the best version of him and we could have seen more proper Team 7 interactions that we really needed. He was evil for way too long.
-We should have seen what happened from 699 to 700. A lot of important events happened then and Sasuke's redemption journey would have been interesting to see.
-I'd develop the pairings more and let the female ninjas win more fights.
-Instead of Neji dying, I'd let Gai die. Neji's death was done horribly. It was a pointless death in my opinion and he still had so much potential to be someone that would change his clan for the better. Gai on the other hand would have gone down as a hero and wouldn't have to be left in a wheelchair.
