Biju chakra is relevent but Rikudo chakra isnt !!!!

Momoshiki was trying to gather Kaguya's split chakra so he absorbed Hachibi chakra but wasn't enough so he tried to absorb Naruto's kuarma chakra ,the question is ,why didn't he think of absorbing Hagromo chakra that Naruto and Sasuke has !!?I started to think that we don't understand Hagromo power up for Naruto and Sasuke in the right way!!

We don't really know where their Rikudou power is stored. It's more or less a part of them, it's probably different from the Kyuubi's chakra that comes from inside of Naruto, but is a separate being.

Though Rikudou chakra itself is more or less attached to them in a way where it can't be removed (My guess). Which is why they were capable of progressing so fast between receiving the powers, and the Last/Boruto Movie. EX - Sasuke destroying a meteor with Chidori, and Naruto crushing a large part of the Moon's surface with a kyuubi enhanced fist.

It wouldn't make much sense for it to be a completely separate form of pool away from theirs, it might be like the seal Minato created for Naruto, which blend his chakra with Kurama's. So in a sense it's there own power?

Naww not really man. I think OP is right. We are looking at Rikoudo chakra at the wrong angle. I think it just has special properties verses being "huge" or "all powerful".

I dont know what Momoshiki plan actually. If he want to created chakra fruit, he need Shinju and he got one already. If he want Shinju inside Kaguya, he need to summon Gedo Mazo first and put all Tailed Beast chakra inside it but Kaguya will get revive also.

It was Kyuubis chakra that covered the whole ninja alliance. Sasuke cant do that with his Six Paths Chakra. I dont think this is a matter of which is bigger. Six Paths Chakra is shrouded in mystery.

The tree that Momo has produces small pills that bestow life to his body and keeps him young and powerful. His tree is not as powerful as Kaguyas.

I think it all comes down to the actual frruit the tree bears. Kaguya ate the ultimate fruit(rare) whereas momo eats homegrown pills from chakra he collects

If all tailed beast chakra get mixed together inside Shinju and from what we understand Shinju is part of Gedo Mazo, doesnt the result of that activity is Six Path chakra?

I'm saying that Bijuu chakra is essential to growing the Shinju considering that all nine Tailed Beast chakra is gathered to revive the Juubi who is the physical manifestation of the Shinju (Divine Tree).

Point but why didn't he try to absorb the other biju chakra ? He absorbed hachibi chakra but was disappointed so he went for kuarama ,it seems that his objective wasn't to gather all biju chakra more than gathering strongest chakra,he didn't even think of absorbing biju chakra remnants inside Naruto .

My answer to this is that Hagoromo's chakra is incomplete.

The Bijuus were forged from Kaguya/Shinju's undivided chakra and have the highest potency.

On the other hand, Hagoromo's chakra is incomplete and less potent as it Takes Hagoromo + Hamura to get the full power of Kaguya/Shinju.

If Momoshinki used Hagoromo's chakra he will somehow have to obtain Hamura's chakra also and fuse the two to get Kaguya/Shinju's power. The Bijuu route was by far the most feasible.

Probably because the bijuu are the largest source of chakra. Apparently all he needed was bijuu chakra to revive the fruit. Which is much faster than what we heard from the manga.
