How did sasuke summon manda vs deidara

when the jutsu was introduced in part one it was shown as a high level jutsu and that one needed a powerful chakra reserve to properly perform it.
now i don't mean sasuke's reserves are not good enough to perform it but just that he was almost completely out of chakra right before deidara unleashed his ultimate move, he couldn't even maintain his sharingan or stand.
so how did he perform such a powerful jutsu?
p.s this is not an attack on sasuke but on kishi's shitty writing in the shippuden series

well in part one a rasengan felt like a impossible feat but as time went on those movies in part one that seemed insane became just average jutsu. a lot of people use summoning jutsu

Sasuke outran Deidara's C2 explosion before. It was foreshadowed within the fight. He simply outran it a bit to create distance, summoned Manda and did the rest.

Sasuke is a speedster. Nothing impossible about it.

Sasuke wasn't out of chakra. He deactivated his sharingan because he thought deidara was beat and wanted Intel on Itachi. Deidara just thought that Sasuke was out of chakra. When all he did is use chidori on himself was the reason he couldn't stand.

When Deidara was already in the irrevocable process of activating C0, Sasuke was still stumbling and trying to get up. He wasn't acting.
