Jutsus and feats tell you a lot about the user's peronality

Here's my breakdown of what some jutsu tell us about the Shinobi that favors them

Naruto- Shadow Clone: He'll get things done one way or another.

Sasuke- Chidori: Very straight-forward and cocky

Rock Lee- Hidden Lotus: Only confident when in control

Maito Gai- Turle Summon + Gates: Nothing to prove

Minato- FTG: Fears not being at the right place, at the right time.

Ay- Lightning armor: Very hasty and adamant

Kakashi- Dog Summon: Duty-oriented

Bee- Many swords: Resourceful and creative

Sakura- Shanaro: Hot-tempered and spiteful

Sai- Art summons: creative and care-free

Kabuto- Chakra blade: Precise and intuitive

Orochimaru- Glare genjutsu: Ominous, admonitory

Itachi- Only Susano'o that has a sword AND shield: Clever, logical

Tsunade- Mitotic regeneration: Persistent, impetuous

That explanation of Minato's technique is so accurate.

The best description of Naruto's Shadow Clones was from Sasuke when he said that it showed Naruto's loneliness. It kind of symbolized Naruto's effort to be surrounded and appreciated by people.

I just see that Kishi really tried to use personality construction to keep the story cohesive, but it fails when he starts giving out ridiculous powers that undermine the need to strategically choose one's signature jutsu. Sasuke no longer needs Chidori and KCM Minato does not need FTG any more. Just sayin'.
