You seem to forget that jman blitzed a 6POP and was pretty much untouched in a 3v1, oonoki wouldn't have time to focus on where he was to cast jinton before jiraiya is across the battlefield, also oonoki has serious back problems and while I understand that the longer the battle, the less of a problem it is, jman shits before that happens.

As for flying, jiraiya has more than enough lr attacks to take him out. Oonoki would run out of chakra before he hits jman, don't delude yourself

Do I need to? Opening the 8 Gates takes hard work and special talent. It's not something everybody can learn or do.

Compared to Kakashi literally doing nothing, and Obito conjuring himself from limbo back to the physical plain, in order to give Kakashi a power up with a 30 second time limit. That Kakashi can never do again.

It's lazy and bad writing, and we should not support characters like that. For example; Sakura just didn't unlock her Byakugou and lose it, it stayed with her. Same for the various sharingan and tailed beast modes.

Again. Kishi's "writing" Has nothing to with the thread. Its simply ranking based on abilities.
Duration or how long they had it isn't a factor.
How they acquired it isnt a factor.
