Not a very good counter if one is gonna be activated way before the other , not to mention that wall palm would easily knock downn them gates like domino which would then fall atop of oro with great force/speed , unless u think them gates could also stop v2 juubi's tail sweep (tail , strongest part of a bijuu ).


Hiashi would only rotate if he first stops oro with a large chakra dome , then he would spin , he has no reason to spin without reason..

I saw no superspeed used by 4t naruto in that fight to deduce that oro could dance around hiashi , a taijutsu master neg diff..

His byakugan was shown to follow/trace the hyper sonic movements of v2 juubi's tbb , if oro tries to blitz , hiashi simply stops him in his tracks with a wall of solid chakra..
