Top strongest characters suggestions? I am making...

a video. I wanted to have some input from other users on this site. I am thinking about doing a Top 30.

My top 10:

Kaguya
Madara
DMS Kakashi
Sasuke
Naruto
Obito
Momoshiki
Kinshiki
Minato
Itachi

No featless characters. I need suggestions for 20 other characters and No Hiruzen (so weak n all hype).

the problem with top X lists is that you have to make room for all the ootsutsukis and crazy op characters.
in no particular order, the Insanely OP ones:
kaguya
madara
naruto
sasuke
momokishi
kinkishi
toneri
JJ Obito
DMS kakashi
8th gate Gai.

in no particular order, the ridiculously OP ones:
Hashirama
Tobirama
Hiruzen
Minato
Ay
Bee
Gaara
Nagato/Pain
Itachi
Lee (theoretically, as we haven't seen him properly fighting in 6th/7th gate)
Choji (butterfly form, its insanely strong)
3rd raikage
2nd mizukage
Muu
Yagura
Spiral zetsu

And of course, our good friends, the ones who theoretically go in the insanely OP group but dont have the feats to back it up:
Hagoromo
Hamura
Indra
Ashura
Hinata (because apparently she get super OP in The Last. i didnt notice it when i watched it)


not to mention, you could also count the tailed beasts as characters or powerups, which just makes the list bigger,

Thanks I never thought of the tailed beasts. Though I would have to include those with more feats. I might include Hades or that Death God too.
