Kakuzu shits on him.

Domu trolls bone piercing. Huge AoE attacks would troll agility and reaction speed, in front of the lack of a high sunshin speed, lightining transmision trolls bone shields, not to mention gian's piercing capabilities are pretty high themselves.

Kimimaro can't hurt Kakuzu, nor he can keep dodging all his attacks. Despite of having a hard defence, he can suffer burns as well, meaning katon+fuuton would roast him, and he could also be numbed or pierced by the lightining mask.

As much as I love Kimi, I don't see how he gets past Domu, let alone Kakuzu's repertoire of other potent mid-range and long-range attacks. Kakuzu's sheer versatility gives him complete control of the battlefield and could definitely keep Kimi at bay, even in CM2. There's no reason for Kakuzu to get close to him.

Kakuzu overwhelms CM2 Kimi, solid mid-diff, I think. Kimi won't go down easily, but he's going down eventually.
