If Garp could take on Rodger, then he could most likely beat Rayleigh.

Well it seems Garp always fight Roger by judging their conversation in Impel Down.But Garp full potential has not been shown weather he can use conquer haki etc.but his fist is powerful as he defeated chinjao by one punch.

Does this even make any sense? If Rayleigh is closer to Whitebeard and Roger. How came he'd get mid- high diffed ? It's hardly acceptable when Garp himself hypes him to be as much of threat as Whitebeard to the world gov.

1-3 is low
4-7 is mid
8-10 is high

Garp is 10, Reyleigh is 7. (just and example).

So I see one defeating other with mid to high diff.

If you scale Roger and Whitebeard as 10, Rayleigh can easily get 8 or even more than that given how great his hype is. The guy is implied to be stronger than admirals during his prime who in general doesn't get defeated at mid-high dif even by Roger himself. Once again Garp of all people says that Rayleigh is just as much of threat as Whitebeard which speaks for volumes about his strength.

If I give admiral 6, then Silvers can still make to the 7. (I am one of these who don't rank Admiral on the same level as Yonkos).

If you think an admiral is 6 when Roger/Whitebeard are 10 then your statistics are totally out of order and are wrong according to manga. Garp said that marines can't butt heads with Rayleigh and Whitebeard at the same time while putting Rayleigh on the same table as Whitebeard.
