Going by the databook's hyperboles yata "tanks all" and the sword on Nonuboku can "Shape Reality", so what you think? ​

The sword of Nonuboku is as strong as the users will/resolve, If Naruto manifested Nonuboku it would be indestructible/Invincible.

The TSB invariably nullifies all ninjutsu it comes into contact with, save for senjutsu. If Yata can somehow change itself into senjutsu chakra (which isn't a nature transformation), it tanks Nuno. If it can't, it doesn't.
