Because The sra group totally didn't need to pinpoint where jirobo was to get out....
Oh wait.

Based off the fact that he ran out of chakra after using it?(iirc)

That was because they didn't have anything destructive enough to bust through. Seeing what the 2 headed wolf did against Orochimaru's Rashomon gate, it doesn't matter where it hits within the dome. It's going to break out.

Then Kiba takes his soldier pill. The technique doesn't last 2 seconds... Kiba can break out of the dome, then kill Jirobo with it.

Sakon was able to stop the motion of fang fist.
CS2 Jirobo should have the strength to catch 2 headed wolf?

Jirobo isn't anywhere near as fast, smart, and skilled as Sakon/Ukon are. The 2 headed wolf spins so fast and violently that Kiba can't even properly see where he's going, and the shockwaves alone from the spin were ripping through CM2 skin. There is no way Jirobo is stopping it without getting ripped apart.

Jirobo doesn't need to be fast, smart, or skilled as Ukon. He just need to be able to react. CS1 was able to stop Spike Boulder, So Im sure he knows the feel when trying to hold something down when getting cut apart. So by Jirobo being much much physically stronger, he should be able to stop the momentum of the spin in CS2, with cut wounds.

Disagree with @ Skilled. Jirobo > Sakon/Ukon by portrayal, f*ck Orochimaru's baseless hype. If the two were to clash, and you compared their skillsets Jirobo would win every time honestly. Anyway, back to the topic.

Jirobo would be able to catch Kiba's Cerberus transformation, if Sakon/Ukon were able to brush off Kiba's fang over fang, a brute such as Jirobo should surely be able to negate such a technique with force. The dude threw Choji @ Mountain proportions into the sky with ONE HAND, while seemingly joking about it all (implying he wasn't exerting full strength - which was obvious). The strength to pick up 2+ mountains is easily enough to stop the force of Cereberus imo.

I'll come with the scans if you need em fam.

You guys aren't taking into consideration that the 2 Headed Wolf is going to rip Jirobo apart. It's not just blunt force that he would need to endure and stop. Soon as his body comes in contact with it, he is getting sliced. The feats you both are presenting are extremely lackluster in comparison to this attack, and don't even come remotely close to comparing. Stopping Chouji's Spiked Meat Tank..? Throwing Chouji at "mountain proportions"...? Are we being serious here? In base, Sakon/Ukon were fast and skilled enough to catch Kibas arms while using Gatsūga, which halted the attack. They couldn't do a single thing in front of Garōga in CM2, which ripped them apart. The second Jirobo attempts to stop the attack, his hands will get sliced right off. No chance in hell does he have in accomplishing this feat. The dude got one-shotted by Chouji's butterfly bomb, which I highly doubt will do any significant difference in damage to the Roshomon gate then Garōga did.

And hell no. By portrayal, Jirobi is the weakest of the Sound 4.

I did. As Im going by the damage done from the dead center of the attack compare to the shockwaves produce from the sides, damage. [ ] Ukon didnt immediately get severed. It took 3 panel emphasis till ripped.

At best Jirobo can hurl Doton to slow the attack a bit before he physically stops the motion of their attack, from the dead center.

It's not just blunt force that he would need to endure and stop.

Read above. Blunt force was never the issue anyway since Jirobo can produce superior force.

Soon as his body comes in contact with it, he is getting sliced.

Only from the sides, does it produce much more shockwave then the center.

Can we be serious? Kiba admitted inferior to Choji's attack power. Which Jirobo as able to stop until Butterfly Mode.

They couldn't do a single thing in front of Garōga in CM2, which ripped them apart.

Jirobo ia physically superior in every way so not seeing how that matters.

Right off? No. The Ukon took a direct hit from the dead center before getting teared apart. Jirobo can do what I stated above.

The most lethal part of the attack is from the front, not the sides. Kiba explains that . Yes, it took 3 panels time until they ripped apart... But you need to quantify that by the speed at which Kiba was travelling, which is a few seconds at best, and a whole lot faster then Jirobos executions. That was moreso one huge panel, rather then 3 seperate panels anyways.

That was comparing Kibas Gatsūga to Chouji's Human Boulder. You can't possibly be implying that anything in Chouji's arsenal barring BM Bullet Bomb is more destructive then the 2 headed wolf, or anywhere near it.

What is pretty much being stated here, is that BM Chouji's non-chakra aided arm carries much more physical strength and force then Kibas 2 headed wolf, seeing as it EFFORTLESSLY stopped CM2 Jirobo's punch [ ] and knocked him away [ ]. So in other words, an ordinary punch from BM Chouji would put in a lot more damage to the Roshomon gate then Kibas 2 headed wolf? Sounds illogical as hell.

No way. They were split within mere seconds. You're undermining Kiba immensely.

The explanation doesnt really imply that. It just said a direct hit will turn the opponent to shreds (shockwave is not even heading towards that direction from the center, or at least not the same from the sides). Not sure what executions your trying to compare. Since the goal is to stop the motion of the attack, which shouldn't take less then Kiba turning him to shreds.

Why isnt Chō Baika no Jutsu comparable?

Considering what Jirobo did to Chō Baika no Jutsu, I dont think it is. Unless you share with my me why I cant compare it to Chō Baika no Jutsu to validate my point

Putting breaks of them with physical force makes this irrelevant to the time. As losing its spin speed means weaker outcome

It does, which was made evident when seeing the result from both. The shockwaves only sliced CM2 skin [ ]. A direct hit from the front ripped them completely apart [ ]. The former isn't lethal damage, while the latter is. Jirobo successfully executing the necessary course of action to completely stop Kiba from spinning would take a whole lot longer then it will for Kiba to slice him is what I mean. I'm assuming Jirobo only way at attempting this feat is with his arms... That is a whole lot less durable then his torso, so it'll slice right off easier and quicker upon direct contact. To completely stop the 2 headed wolf, Jirobo would first need to withstand the damage (which he can't), then progressively physically stop it.

Why isnt Chō Baika no Jutsu comparable?

Because it wasn't capable of taking down a CM2 user...? While Garōga is (if it wasn't for Sakon/Ukons innate ability to split, they would of been dead). Should be fairly obvious which is the stronger attack. Again, nothing in Chouji's arsenal barring his Butterfly Bomb is matching the output of physical force that was displayed on the Roshomon gate.

Putting breaks of them with physical force makes this irrelevant to the time. As losing its spin speed means weaker outcome

Woudln't happen in the first place. There is nothing suggesting he can withstand this long enough to even begin to progressively stop the verocity of Garōga. Key word being progressively, as he is not halting it instantly.

Honestly how does VOTE1 Sasuke beat Garōga?

Not too sure what would happen if Garōga and CM2 Chidori clash... But Sasukes best bet would be to simply avoid it in CM2, and endure the shockwaves like CM2 Sakon/Ukon were capable of doing. Kiba would have to depend on Sasuke slipping on saliva for the win. Overall, I'd say VOTE1 Sasuke wins with med-high difficulty.

Wouldn't a good katon roast Kiba in that form?

Anyways Kiba wins this

I think that during the SRA arc, Kiba was hiddenly portrayed to be the strongest of the rescue team. On kishimoto's databook, Sakon and Ukon counts as two different people, and their databook stat are 24 and 24,5 respectively, so, Kiba was fighting the double of what the other ones did, in fact, his Sotoro was portrayed to be the strongest tech of part 1 imo (Gennin wise).

To be honest, if Kiba is able to put his scent on Sasuke, the battle is over. Or at least i think that's what was on kishimoto's mind when he made Kiba that strong. Vote 1 Sasuke might have died in front of Sotoro.

-Too powerful
-Too fast
-What a coincidence it was used on the opponent that can regenerate half of his body since it's half for each brother

On that arc, it was clearly portrayed Kiba with Sotoro >any other main character of that arc

Jirobo vs Sakura anyone?

Sound 4 vs Kimimaro?

The latter seems interesting asf.

Make the threads, I'll be there.

Also, why can't Jirobo avoid 2 headed wolf with hiding like a mole?

I think he did say that. Kiba did say the jutsu doesnt last long and makes him vulnerable. So Jirobo's only chance is to outlast.

CM2 Sakon/Ukon were able to physically dodge it. They only got nailed when they slipt on Kibas saliva. So that leads me to believe that it isn't fast enough to hit CM2 Sasuke, which is why I think he would ultimately win. He would need to keep his CM2 up though, because then he wouldn't be able to withstand the shockwaves slicing his skin even if he dodges.

I agree that Sotoro places Kiba above pretty much all of K11 during part 1. It's easily the most lethal attack, assuming it lands. But Choji was portrayed to be the strongest lowkey [ ]. It just took him until the war-arc (when he unlocked BM without the pills) to get over his low self-esteem and realize his strength. He's such a dope character imo.

in K11 it's probably the most lethal attack, but not all of part 1.
