As of now, we only have the argument that kizaru is light which moves the fastest but if we go by manga facts and motions
Kuma has been shown to be fastest. From point A to point B

It's inconsistent cuz kuma was able to get to moria place easy but with luffy and thier crew it took 3 days for them to reach where they had to reach when kuma seperated them... Then again they were moving at high speeds


But going back to topic honestly I think kuma is faster def in combat cuz kizaru has both a lag where he has to do charge time etc to move
Whereas kuma just has to slap his chest ....

No he doesn't. He has a lag only when he's travelling at light speed.

The fact that is has been described as teleportin specifically and that it is devil fruit related and that he said he can reflect air at light speed.

My conclusion is that kuma can best kizaru to a certain spot a to b because kizaru has a wind up at his fastest speeds, but it doesn't seem that kuma can attack while moving so in a fight kizaru obviously wins. But top speed is equal but time to target is in Kumas favor so long as he doesn't have to attack.

Lol Kizaru literally has a light fruit...screw reflecting the air...he is light itself. Hes also said he kicks at light speed. If thats the reasoning behind it Kizaru should still be faster.

Like I said he attacks faster but their top speed must be equal IF (and there is evidence to this) kuma is able to reflect himself at light speed. And due to kizarus wind up every time he is moving long distances, kuma can beat him to a location.

If this were true Kumas pad cannons would also be light speed cause they are following the same logic. But theyre not.
