Like Narutoverse is full of tragedy and killing so obv alot of people are gonna be mentally f*cked, but I was just thinking about Obito and Madara quotes (while playing NUNSRev in their UJ)
1. Obito: "I am no one, and I dont wanna be anyone", like seriously for someone to say that they must be going through a severe psychotic episode and they must be extremely mindf*cked. Not to mention how he slaughters the Mist ninja, uchiha clan, torune, etc without second thoughts. Just cuz he got TNJ'd and pretty much put his psycosis in remission doesnt mean he wasnt at one point the most hopeless character, I have to pick him over Madara because the way he talks/goes about his view on life pushes it a little more.
2. Madara: This guy grew up in war, and doesnt know anything besides war, he got so f*ckin tired of the world being war-torn that he dedicated his entire life to just ending it and creating a new fake one, even when hashirama tries to put him back on the right path he rejects it.
3. Nagato: Pain. enough said
4. Gaara: Even post part one, hes still a depressed a$$ kid, his past scarred his personality for life.
5. Kabuto: Hes just lost and doesnt know what he should be.
6. Sasuke: His character is mostly just affected by severe PTSD, and was a lil more levelheaded than the top 3 and deep down he still had more love in his heart that he was trying to reject.
7. Kakashi: This guy is a boss, he dealt with everything better than the rest above him despite the f*cked up past, but hes still severly depressed until he becomes head of team 7.
